I have the honour to forward copies of a

letter addressed to the Attorney-General by a local firm of Solicitors regarding the execution of instruments under seal by the agents of foreign corporations, I attach also copies of a bill which Mr. Kemp has drafted to meet the representations made.

I shall be glad if the Board of Trade may

be asked whether they see any objection to the bill.
